New Soundcraft Notepad analog mixer series was presented at ProLight + Sound 2017
Notepad series consists of three models: Notepad-5, Notepad-8FX, and Notepad 12FX analog mixers.
What Notepad series mixers within the series have in common is the ability to obtain the great Soundcraft sound for music, radio, and video content. Each model is a combination of professional analog components, the famous HARMAN digital signal processing and the built-in USB audio interface that enables the use of a mixer with Mac and PC computers, with the accompanying software.
The Notepad-5 mixer has two EQ controls per channel, bringing the convenience often reserved for larger consoles. Notepad-8FX and 12FX have three EQ controls per channel, but what is common to the two models is the existence of premium Lexicon effects, thanks to which no additional connections and equipment are required for achieving studio quality sound.
Notepad series is an excellent choice for songwriters and podcasters because it combines the best features of mixers in its class. The series continues the tradition of using Soundcraft’s mic preamps, XLR’s and 1/4-inch connectors, with durable metal enclosures built to withstand the test of time.
Soundcraft Notepad series will be up to the task regardless of whether it is a part of a home studio, rehearsals, live performances or radio production. It can satisfy the needs of any audio professional, with ease of use important for beginners.
All three models have an integrated USB audio interface, which allows easy recording, editing, and playback of audio content.
