In June 2022, Studio Berar delivered and installed audio equipment for the Christian Adventist Church in Novi Sad. The temple of the Adventist Church in Novi Sad is characterized by excellent acoustic properties, and therefore our technical task was the design of an audio system and the selection of equipment that will match the quality, functionality and appearance of this extraordinary religious building in our city.
Main public address system: The part of the temple, the amphitheater in which the faithful are located, who follow and participate in sermons as well as religious ceremonies, is divided into 2 levels: Lower auditorium and balcony. In order to provide even sound coverage at both levels in the space, we opted for an active JBL VRX Line-Array system:
Speakers are installed in 2 audio clusters located on the left and right side of the stage.
Each audio cluster consists of 2 active Line-Array VRX speakers, and below each cluster we have positioned 2 associated subwoofers.
By precisely adjusting the angulation of the VRX932lap sound boxes in the cluster, we achieved an even, high-quality sound at both levels in the room.
To ensure coverage in the aisles and sheltered areas of the temple, we opted for active speakers from the manufacturer QSC:

The digital mixer with high capabilities Midas M32 as well as the stage box Midas DL32 is responsible for controlling the audio system:

In order to ensure a high quality signal at the input of the mixer, a number of SHURE wireless and wired microphones were installed, which give this system the possibility to have a choir or a musical line-up with several members on the stage in addition to the lectern:

Technically equipping religious buildings and temples with audio equipment is one of the most demanding project tasks. As a rule, such objects have a very complex design and it is very difficult to get high sound quality and clarity.
It is precisely for this reason that the Adventist Christian Church decided to entrust the project task to Studio Berar engineers with extensive experience.
